The data may be restored from either a TRAK database (normally having an 'FDB' file extension) or a backup of a database (normally having a 'ZIP' file extension).

Select the type of file to be imported, and enter the file name editor (or select by clicking the file selection button () to the right of the editor).

If importing from a backup file, and the backup has a password, enter the password.
