National Sales Executive

A full-time sales executive position is available at RetireReady Solutions, the award-winning provider of retirement planning software for advisors, broker-dealers, and insurance companies across America. This position entails being responsible for outbound marketing and sales activity to new prospects and inactive clients to grow RetireReady’s top line revenue 10-20% year over year. You will work on a team of other committed professionals in a culture of service and open communication.

A successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven ability to manage his or her own schedule, conduct effective outbound calling campaigns, set meetings with qualified prospects, and close business. Three to five years of outbound B2B sales experience or more required, financial advising and FinTech preferred. Digital marketing experience and virtual meeting savvy is a must. CRM experience required, SalesForce preferred. A bachelors degree with a business and/or marketing major preferred.

Compensation: $70,000 to $75,000 annual base salary, based on experience, $15,000 to $30,000 annual sales commission, based on performance. Remote work options available. Individual employee health insurance provided, as well two weeks paid vacation after one year, regular holidays, accrued sick leave, and 401K matching plan after one year.
