Edward is President and owner of RetireReady Solutions. He has held various software development and marketing positions with the company since 1988. Edwards’s vision is to help people retire confidently and successfully.
His flagship software product, The Retirement Analysis Kit (TRAK), is used by top producing advisors throughout the US. Edward pioneered the concept of Tax Wise Distribution strategy, a model for retirement income distribution, which helps people determine an accumulation strategy.
Edward is a sought-after speaker at MDRT, NAIFA and other leading retirement associations. As President and Manager of Corporate Accounts, he manages sales and relationships with Broker-Dealers, Independent Financial Advisers, Registered Representatives, Rep Agencies and financial services companies.
Residing in Oregon, Edward is an active member in his community. As a triathlete he loves to get outdoors to enjoy the great Northwest.
As resident hospitality provider, Lori is often the one to greet you and knows the quickest way to get your questions and inquiries solved! She also handles the bookkeeping, so if you have a question about your account or need to renew, she is glad to assist you.
Outside of the home and office she spends time playing violin in the Salem Philharmonia Orchestra and various quartets, reading nonfiction, walking, or catching up with one of her adult children over a Starbucks Flat White.
Sales and Customer Support
When looking for solutions you want Tamera on the other end of the line. She can help you discover how to take your business to the next level using our robust software solutions. Tamera enjoys talking on the phone with customers and is excited to be part of our Sales and Customer Support Team. Prior to joining RetireReady, Tamera worked for several years as a Legal Assistant in the area of criminal law.
Tamera is a life-long Oregonian who enjoys spending time at her vacation home on the Oregon Coast with her husband, three children and seven grandchildren. Her hobbies include fishing and crabbing at the coast, hunting, kayaking, swimming, gardening, and volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children.
Bob is RetireReady’s lead software developer, helping design and implement new features in TRAK while assisting our technical support team troubleshoot programming issues. Bob has a degree in Computer Engineering and has been programming for over 20 years. Since joining the team in 2011 he has become an integral part of making RetireReady a trusted and reliable software solution for advisors.
Michael is a full stack developer who works on TRAK and TRAK Online. Ever since learning to program he has enjoyed creating software solutions that both save people time and are fun to use.
Michael recently returned from serving as a Peace Corps Agribusiness Volunteer in Uganda where he was able to use his technical skills to assist small rural banks. When he’s not programming he enjoys learning new songs on his piano and going on runs.
Sometimes it’s ok to feel stuck, or have a problem you don’t have the answer too, especially when you know Ben is ready to help! Ben is ready to tackle any of those difficult technical situations you find yourself in while navigating TRAK. With a degree in IT and years of pastoral ministry, Ben’s technical know-how and communication skills makes him a great asset to the team.
While originally from Oregon, he and his wife also spent time in Washington as well as several years in Nashville Tennessee as a song writer. Ben shares his time between assisting RetireReady customers and serving the community by pastoring a local church.
Brian is a TRAK professional eager to solve whatever issue is keeping you from getting your work done! With a love for helping people and a knack for crunching numbers he leads RetireReady’s efforts to provide accurate pension plan data from around the nation. Brian comes to RetireReady with 17 years of experience as a youth pastor, adding valuable leadership and communications skills to our team. Brian, his wife, and three children are lifelong Oregonians. They love playing board games and getting out on the lake during the summer.
